ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
How can I order an item?
To finalize the order, you must complete all the steps, from choosing the product, to entering the shipping address, up to payment.
When and how will my order be shipped?
When processing the order, the available shipping method and any costs will be indicated. Shipping times vary, depending on the destination and the period, however you can always monitor your purchase via the tracking that will be provided to you at the time of shipment. Deliveries are made only on working days.
How can I pay for my order?
The available payment methods are Paypal, and Credit Card.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping will be free for Italy. For abroad, shipping will cost €19.95. It will be free for orders over €300.
RETURNS
Can I return a product?
You can request a return for any item purchased on atpco.it within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank’s policy. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact your bank and then contact us at info@atpco.it
Where and how do I send my return?
To return the product, you must fill out this form and ship the product to: Rosmeri SRL, Via Iseo, 6/A 25030 Erbusco (BS), Italy. The return shipping costs are entirely at your expense, are non-refundable and the return shipment is your responsibility. Therefore we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Atpco will not be held responsible for any problems resulting from the loss, damage or theft of returns.
